About Kansas City

Kansas City is the largest city in the state of Missouri. It is also the second largest metropolitan area in Missouri. The city was incorporated on March 28, 1853. It is one of two county seats in Jackson County.

According to the 2010 United States Census, there were 459,787 people living in Kansas City, Missouri. The area is home to over 10 colleges and universities.
